When customers come to pay bills, the agent can use the Bill Payment Machine to generate the ticket and print it out for customers. At the same time the Bill Payment Terminal will send ticket info to the database for records.

Demo software is provided for multiple bill payment solutions such as water, electricity, utility, mobile payment, e- wallet, vouchers, etc..

1. The customer goes to the shop and wants to do the bill payment.

2. The agent initiates the transaction on the Bill Payment Terminal, select / inputs the info of bill details, e.g. water / utility, etc., bill payment ID, amount.

3. The info. will be sent to the web server.

4. The server returns the data to the terminal, and the bill payment terminal prints out the receipt.
